The On-Call Super provides pro-active communication with all clients and their tenants. It is our belief that preventative maintenance is the key to long term hassle free property ownership. To minimize potential catastrophic problems, we provide periodic walk-thru service for each unit under contract. This allows us to be your eyes and ears into your property, identifying potential maintenance and even tenant related problems.

In Addition, we also provide services outside our maintenance contract on a per occurrence basis. Our wide range of service also extends to homeowners in need of small handyman type work. We don’t do large projects, only small ones!
